Actual spend is pulled live from Windsor.ai and can't be hand-entered. Forecast/budget can be set here per platform AND per campaign: use the platform boxes below for overall platform budget, or add a manual line below with category "Digital Media" to allocate forecast budget to a specific campaign (with its own dates/notes for the Calendar) — manual forecast lines add on top of the platform boxes, so keep totals in mind. Actual stays locked either way.

Manual Marketing Costs

Everything not pulled automatically: Influencers, Traditional Media/OOH/DOOH, HR-Media, Production, Agency fees, Other — plus manual Digital Media campaign lines (forecast can be entered for budget allocation; actual stays automated via Windsor). Set a start date (and optionally an end date for multi-day campaigns) to place a line on the Calendar tab across those days, or leave it as "Ongoing" to span the whole month.
Copies forecast amounts, suppliers, categories and notes (and platform budgets) from the chosen month into the currently selected month. Actuals are not copied. Click twice to confirm.

Category Mapping

Categories are fully editable — rename, add new ones, or deactivate ones you no longer use. The Digital Media category is fed automatically by Meta + TikTok.
